I flew with them from Verona to Munchen ..and it is not the first time. And everytime they have really deliverd more than expected.
Also if the flight time is little over 30 minutes the cabin crew is professional, serves, smiles and takes care of you in every second of the flight.
Another company would just not do anything due to the short time. But lets start in order.
Check in and boarding
Also if the airport of Verona is small they have a dedicated desk for business class. Smooth and quick.
Also here the same for other companies, they should at least have a private bus for business class clients. As i repeat where is the point of paying extra on a short haul if there is no extra services on ground are provided.
Standard E195 business class 1-1 with any empty seat next to you. I was alone in business class.
Row 1 has good legroom. Wide seats and comfortable. They recline a lot and also the seat slides forward so you really get a good seat 😉
Wow!!!! thy can teach what service with a smile means to many out there. Personal, attention to details and never leaving the client feeling forgotten on the aircraft.
Considering a 30 minutes flight they serve a complete meals with warm bread and a good choice of wines and prosecco. Amenities onboard are for example much more and of better quality than many other european airline companies.
