Check in and boarding
Nice thing about Etihad in Abu Dhabi that you have a dedicated terminal for Business and First class passengers. Bell boys help you with you luggage. Very quick and smooth check in only that here you start to understand that Etihad needs to train the staff better. I was flying via Brussels on to Stockholm. They did not know if i had to re-check in my luggage or not…at the end i brought everything with me on board. Of course the luggage would have gone throught directly to final destination!
Another thing to my surprise is that the lounge was so crowded that people where sitting on the floor!!!! They give complimentary spa treatment at a Six Senses center but you can imagine the waiting time!
At the end i went down starts and strolled among the different shops instead of sitting on the floor in the lounge i found a bench in the terminal…not good at all.
So i´m sorry for the crappy immagines but i had issues with my phone (iphone 4) at that time.
Narrow and tight. See under the photo where my feet are squeezed in a narrow space. Not good sleep on this flight.
Ok but very unpersonal. I told them twice of my allergy but got anyway served food that could have killed me…
Basic kit for the night. Nothing exceptional.
Big screen. lots of options. Included prayer before take off….see the narrow space for your legs and feet.

-Very bad and small lounges
-Narrow seats not for big poeple or claustrophoic.
-No attention to real service but just follow the manual
