..and they know that!
I stayed here for 3 nights and if you are as me very demanding for service when staying in a 5 star hotel here you do not have any issues at all. The staff is motivated, happy and professional.
Nothing is left out of place.
LOCATION
Located only 5 min from the medina. I like to stay outside the Medina in order to get some silence and bigger open spaces. I´ve been to this amazing city many times so i would recommend a Riad (local house in the medina) only if it is your first time in town.
ROOMS
The rooms are a bit ld and the furniture a bit worn out but the size and cosy felling is still there. The balcony is big and the bathroom too iwth separate shower and tub. Amenites form Hermes.

LOBBY & COMMON AEREAS
2 lobbies as the hotel is divided in one classic (palais imperial) and one modern part (lounge). As guest you can access both parts.

RESTAURANTS
Quite a good selection of places to dine the evening also if Marrakech offers an amazing food scene.

BREAKFAST
Wow! This is one of the richest and biggest breakfasts i´ve ever seen. I believe there are around 10 chefs and 6 stations with the best you can every dream off. No lunch needed after eating here.

GYM&POOL ETC
1 heated for the colder season and the big one is not. Nice beds around the pool and amazing services as in every aspect of the hotel.

FINAL COMMENTS
